Mike has more than 25 years of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Governance experience in multiple private and public sector companies ranging from construction, high-tech and financial services industries. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BAccSc) degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA). He is recognized as having a high level of technical proficiency and is known for his ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of business operations. He is an active Board member on two other for-profit industry Board of Directors. Mike lives in Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island where he actively volunteers to support community events whenever possible. Mike serves as Treasurer of the Board of NSRJ.
